Tandoori Chicken with Allifa's Spices
Ingredients:

For the Marinade:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Allifa’s Tandoori Masala Spice Blend
- 1 tablespoon Allifa’s Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon Allifa’s Ground Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Allifa’s Ground Coriander
- 1 tablespoon Allifa’s Paprika (for color)
- 1 teaspoon Allifa’s Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Allifa’s Red Chili Powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic paste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste

For the Chicken:
- 4-6 chicken legs or thighs (skinless, bone-in)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Prepare the Chicken:
- Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces. Make deep slits on each piece to allow the marinade to penetrate and flavor the meat thoroughly.

Make the Marinade:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, Allifa’s Tandoori Masala, Allifa’s Garam Masala, Allifa’s Ground Cumin, Allifa’s Ground Coriander, Allifa’s Paprika, Allifa’s Turmeric, Allifa’s Red Chili Powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and salt. Mix well until all the spices are fully incorporated into the yogurt.

Marinate the Chicken:
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If you have a tandoor or grill, preheat it to high heat.

Cook the Chicken:
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on the rack, shaking off any excess marinade. This setup will allow the heat to circulate around the chicken, giving it a nice char.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. If using a grill or tandoor, cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
